This is now an image of a kid. Here you see the same image from earlier in two other formats from the original to compare the quality. The top image is a PNG and bottom is a GIF (the original in the earlier post was a JPEG). I am having trouble distinguishing much of a difference between the JPEG and PNG but can see a clear loss of image quality (blurry and less sharp) between the top two and the GIF at the bottom. It is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College. The course is called Discovering Computer Graphics.
